USDA nutrition database on your pc!

Hi everyone,
Maybe you all knew about this already, but you can download a searchable USDA nutrition database onto your PC. It's a large download (28 megs), but WELL worth it. I've been using it for a couple of hours now and it's got everything I need. The only thing I will caution you on...after the install it re-booted my machine w/out asking me, so save whatever you're working on prior to running it.

They even have a version for Palm OS, but I haven't tried that one yet.
