Mustard is ok it only has sodium, watch out for BBQ sauce that has tons of sugars also the fat free ranch, I would use those very sparingly. Drop the milk post workout you are only slowing the digestion of your whey and dex, not good.

Thanks PAININTHEASS so what do you for your additives/ Condiments ??? To get past the boring taste any Reciepts!

Ive been eating like this for so..... long, I have to add those to enjoy it partially!

SO watching the sugar levels is the only real issue HERE ????

Ive read the sodium is not such a bad thing Moderatley, even incuraged in contest prep towards the end for retaining water in the muscles to be full and look Pumped!!!!!

I really don't watch my sodium that much as I sweat a lot so it gets out of my system fast. I like mustard, hot sauce and my fallback salsa (1 tbsp has 1g carb, can't beat that.) I do use some relish, and BBQ suace here and there, you can't deprive yourself of it. I do use 1tbsp of ketchup in the morning with my eggs, I need it and refuse to give it up. For salads I am a straight vin and oil guy, sometimes I use whatever my mom has in the house for herself as a change up maybe once a week.

I have never competed and probably never will but my feeling is that only about 2-3 weeks out you would really have to start watching every little condiment and sodium. I might be wrong, I am sure it will also depend on your genetics and metabolism too.
