What CHEAT MEAL are you having RIGHT NOW!
Yea I did it... I started a thread SIMILAR to another! There has been good response in that thread which made me think about this topic.
TODAY: I couldn't look at chicken and rice and veggie at lunch time- so I ate 2 slices of loaded pizza and a dirty pepsi! It was heavenly

i don't have cheat meals exactly.. i usually just have my regular meal + whatever im craving at the time.. things like a chocolate bar, slice of cake, white bread, sometimes i crave certain fruits....etc..

This Sunday:
Five Guys Burgers and Fries:
Bacon Cheeseburger fully loaded with BBQ Sauce
Large fries with lots of ketchup
One box of Girl Scout Somoa cookies

As usual I eat an Egg McMuffin meal from McDonalds every morning, Large coke today vs. the usual coffee. Needed some sugar

It's a work Christmas party today! I'll be having a 7 course meal, and TONNS of alcohol... God I can't wait for Christmas to be over so I can straighten back out my diet and NEVER DRINK AGAIN.. until next year that is...

6oz chicken breast on an Ezekiel hamburger bun with 2 oz sweet potato chips. Oh with ketchup to dip it in and a vitamin water Zero. What a treat lol

at least once a month...sometimes my little boy talks me into twice a month... I go to Yum Yum donuts. I buy a dozen donuts and ususally eat 8- 9 out of the 13 donuts
jelly filled,crumb,glazed,chocolate old fashioned and coconut...Tomorrow might just be one of those cheat days!!!

lAST nites dinner (cheat): BTW the bread (of which i ate 2 loaves) is piping hot fresh out the oven covered with butter and salt! (a good combo IMO)
the shake is vanilla breyers, butterfinger bar, 2 reeses PB cups, milk.. yum!

yesterdays breakfast - 3 potatoe cakes with green onions bacon cheese and sour cream, 2 fried eggs, 2 pieces od sour dough toast, 2 sausage links, and 2 slices of thick cut french toast. total calories just over 2k. damn it was good

Many times just a HUGE T-bone steak with a loaded baked or stuffed potato. But sometimes some serious pizza. I don't really crave sweets, I need to cheat with some volume!
