    48?

    whats up peeps..... how many grams of Fats are in your diet? my diet consists of:

    2,746 calories
    240 grams of Carbs
    338 grams of Proteins
    48 grams of Fats

    1800 calories

    225g protein
    135g carbs
    40g fat


    high carb days

    225g protein
    3-400g carbs
    40g fat

    I'm cutting right now so my cals are split up like this:
    Protein-250mg
    Fat-100g
    Carbs-80

    2220 cals total

    When I'm on a maintnance its more like
    350g- Carbs
    250g- Protein
    30g- Fat
    Total 2670(2600 roughly is my BM)

    Bulking without AS calories are bumped up from maintnance to 3000. On AS, I bump'em 200-300 above that. Never go over 700 above maintnance.

    I get around 45-65 depending on my carbs for the day and that is when I am maintaining.

    Well....not sure, I'd have to do the math but
    protein- 450-470 grams
    carbs - 450+
    fats...?

    I'll do the math tonight and post 'em tomorrow.

    I am 155lbs with 12%BF...5'8

    My lifts:
    Bench: 275
    Squat: 275, god that's embarassing
    Deadlift: 315

    155lbs squating 275lbs is pretty good.

    i'm 6'2
    234lbs
    bench = 350lbs for 3
    squat = 495 - 500lbs
    dead lift = ?
