Sorry about all the questions lately just trying to get all the knowledge as possible..Anyways, is there a nutritional difference between brown eggs and white eggs? Also what is the nutritional value between white and wheat bread? Why does everyone eat wheat?

Less calories in brown eggs and less carbs in wheat bread?? Or less calories and less carbs both in wheat bread??? Sorry just didn't get it
I don't know about the eggs, never really looked into it. As for the bread there is a world of difference if your wheat bread is "real" wheat bread. Might have the same carbs but those carbs will be better, more fiber and grains, with a lower GI value. Wheat bread usually has a little more fat in it too.
