    Question Protein shakes

    What kind of proteinshakes do you intake before bed and how much?

    I usually have some fat free cottage cheese before bed but if I'm out, I'll jug down a blended protein shake. Something with Whey, Cassein, Egg, Milk, etc so that the different proteins release at different times and lasts longer through the night.

    I go with eggs (egg beaters to be exact) and some flax. If I am feeling lazy I go with a whey shake with some added fiber and flax.

    So I should rather intake pure whey shake than mealreplacement shake like the Lean Body from Labrada?

    Yes, try not to consume any carbs right before bed, especially simple sugars such as maltodextrose that is in the MRP's
