sick...diet change
I just got back from the doc; he thinks I have mono:cry: Ive been out of the gym already for more than a week and was in the middle of bulking (natural). What should I do about my diet, I'm gaining bf because I can't work out, so I guess my bulking diets out the window...along with a good amount of muscle. What should I do until I get back in the gym to retain muscle and not gain fat?

Eat clean, watch your carbs, if you are doing nothing to burn them off they will turn to FAT.. Keep your protein at around 1g/lb (you might be able to go lower because you are not working out) and keep your carbs a little lower than your maintance when you work out. Make sure your carbs are healthy and clean. Watch the sat fats.
