Who eats this stuff...and how do you prepare it?

I haven't used it for a long time but I used to put it on salads raw. Nothing too special. I will bump for you.

I threw some in with my oatmeal...that was really disgusting!!! I thought maybe it would be a bit better that it was!!

I used to mix a few spoonfulls into a cup, add some milk, and drink.

I can't use whey since it makes me feel like roadkill so one of my fave protein drinks is soy protein in OJ with a pile of wheat germ mixed in. I'm assuming the WG helps better balance the protein in the soy and it makes it more palatable -to my taste anyway.
It's good just as general cereal with milk & honey added. The stuff is amazingly high in protein and about 100time more dense nutritionally than the puffed up gunk that comes in cereal boxes.
