damn keto diet

hell!! i made reaserches on keto diet on C-D-K.com and it so fooking complex u have to count everything and i dont like this low carb high fat thinks and u will like u r a robot on this diet ..heh i will stick my old diet 220g protein/150g carbs/50g fat:afro:

Well the number one thing with dieting is finding a diet that gets results, is healthy, and you can stick too. Sticking with something is what gets results.
