I went to a personal trainer 5 weeks ago. This to get a clean diet to lower my bf%. He used caliper for measuring bf.
And it was well invested money. In 5 weeks I have lowered my bf from 19.8 to 16.1%. A reduction with 8.6lbs of fat :) Plus that I have put on 2.2lbs of lbm.
He changed my training program too, so now I´m spending 20 min less in the gym :lift:
