Controlling Water Weight?
OK, I need some advice from the pros:
When I wake up in the morning, my waist is anywhere from an inch to an inch and a half smaller than is about 16 hours later (before bed).
Is this water weight? If not, what's my 'true' waist? The morning one or the evening one or somewhere in between?
If it is water, what do I do to stabilize it so I'm not an inch 'fatter' in the PM?
If it's not water, what is it?!
Any input would be great
(yes, I'm a freak about my waist size)

I really don't think there is much you can do about it, it happens to everyone. The only way to not let it happen is stay dehydrated and not eat all day!!!

I'm getting about 80 oz. a day right now which is down from a gallon--any more than that and I'm spending my entire day pissing ;D

Probablly has more to do with your ab muscles being relaxed in the morning. Bowel movements probably affect this too.
It all sounds pretty normal to me. The body is a dynamic changing organism. Don't expect it to stay the same all the time.
