    Thumbs up Cutting Diet - Please Comment!

    alright, i'm tring to drop some body fat % ...maybe 10lbs - i have little over 1mth to do so.

    1646 Calorie Diet
    Carbs = 28g
    Proteins = 213
    Fats = 68

    31.5 miles of Cardio per 7 days
    Work Out 4 days per week on a Training Cycle


    my original goal was to loose 4lbs but that changed. i'm going to drop all my body fat (or try too) rite now and then put on muscle mass when i move back to Ohio next mth and able to join a gym.

    anyways, do you think i can drop 10lbs using this diet & cardio plan in such short time?

    Current Stats:
    6'2
    234lbs
    50" chest
    17.5" biceps
    11% body fat


    Normal Diet:
    2286 calories
    Carbs = 47g
    Proteins = 357g
    Fats = 64g
