Egg Whites
i don't know about you, but i can't stand the taste of egg whites. its nasty as hell. anyways, i was just wondering if there is anything that you could eat them with or a special way to make 'em so they don't taste like shit? lol
i'm on a cutting diet so my breakfast is pretty simple:
6 slices of Bacon = 12g Protein - 18g Fat
3 Egg Whites = 12g Protein
8oz of Water
pretty shitty breakfast but it is filling - just nasty as hell to eat. i eat only 28g of Carbs per day and that comes with my 5th meal so please, if you're going to suggest something, 1 or 2g of Carbs at the most. suggestions for something to put in place of the eggs are welcome

I put a slice of low fat cheese on mine, along with a ton of pepper, find it masks the taste pretty well.

i don't like pepper but i'll do it. anything has to taste better then Egg Whites. lol - nasty shit.

Try egg beaters, they are 99% egg whites have the same macro make up (some extra sodium) and IMO they taste great.

ShopRite has a generic brand of egg beaters that is 99% and its is 8 of them for 5 beans. That is the best I found as far as price goes too.

i eat 7 whites and 1 whole... don't really have a problem eatting them. After i serve them i just eat them with my hand... after the 5th i start eatting my oatmeal and then finish up my egg whites.

oh oh. just found that if you scramble the egg whites & add a peice of cheese, it does make it taste alittle better. have that w/ some sausage. mMmMm

Hey,
I use turkey bacon, makes a big difference in the fat amounts. Plus it is precooked. I take about 6 slices and tear them apart into about 1 inch long peices and throw them in the egg beaters. I also buy frozen green peppers that have already been cut up and put them in as well. HEat up the green peppers before you add the rest in order to burn off some of the water so it doesn't mess up your egg whites.

I love eggs have them EVERY morning. I eat as many whites as i want threw the day i just limit myself to 2 to 3 yokes a day. this mornings breakfast looked like this.
6 whites 2 yokes, with tobasco sauce
2 strips of bacon
washed down with water
