    Dieting but may long is comming up!

    Please reply asap
    I am dieting down for a show which is in 4 weeks i have been pretty strickt taking cheat days only once a week on saterdays. But now may long weekend is comming up and all my buddies and myself are going camping. My problem is they are all going to be getting drunk and stuff but i think that under pressure i might have a fiew drinks just to fit in and because the temptation will be unbarable.

    Is there any alcholic beverage that is lower in calories then another.?
    Please help me out i dont know what to do im going nuts'

    Vodka only has calories from the alcohol, but usually you need to mix it with something, diet cola's I guess would work but they could screw up your diet, I am not sure how strict you need to be pre contest I have never done it. Michelobe Ultra is the lowest calorie (carb) beer on the market.

    not really a bear fan but i dont like vodka either. Any more suggestions??

    Well they don't make a diet hard alcohol, there isn't any(much) carbs in hard alcohol anyway all the cals is from the alcohol. Just becareful what you mix with, stay with diet and water stuff. Remember to drink tons of water while you are drinking.

    Well I agree with what Pain said, but if you have a show in 4 weeks why take a chance on screwing up all your training and dieting for one weekend of drinking? Not jumping on ya, just not sure why you'd risk tossong all that hard work out the window.

    yeah i understand but after about 12 weeks of dieting i think that the body needs to let loose a bit? anyways thanks a bunch i think i will skip the booze and just have a big carbs up cheat meal instead.
