    switching from cutting to bulking

    theese are the stats of my bulking diet
    protei:275g
    carb:245g
    fat:66g
    cal=about 2900-3000
    my old diet was
    pro:220g
    carb:50g
    fat:20g

    my question is as u can see ther is a big difference btw those diets will my body get shoked and stor too mush fat and water?? btw i wll be on roids during this cycle and i will be taking nolva/proviron for water retention
    i am 85kg 180cm
    so what do u think
    note:all the crabs are from healthy clean foods like lentis,beans,brown rice,veggies no pizza or other junk food

    Slowy increase your total claories and carbs each week. If you just jump from one to the other you will store most as fat. Just increase slowly each week and you'll be fine.

    i agree with Big T. you were eating 50g of Carbs per week with your old diet. try increasing your Carbs 5 - 10g per day until you're eating the desired amount of Carbs.

    just make sure you train hard and don't overload on the carbs cuz it will turn to fat before you can say poli woli ding dong.

    yess i will be trying with big intensity and i will walk 3 times /week for 30 min i cant run coz i have an injury
