Ok...mine was

10 egg whites/2 yolks = 36g protein, 12g fat
1 cup oats = 6g protein, 54g carbs, 4g fat
protein shake = 44g protein, 6g carbs, 3g fat

I am full and happy too. Of course I just ate again like a couple of hours ago. Lunch is only an hour away too.

Ok guys, I'm gonna say something that alot of people probably don't want to hear...

YOUR BODY CAN'T ABSORB ALL THE PROTEIN YOU FEED IT. If your taking over 40g of protein at once, they are just getting broken down, loosing an amine, and being used as carbs for energy, and being converted to fat or glycogen in your liver.

Pretty pointless in my opinion. Why not seperate your HUGE ass, protein-overloaded meals by 2 hours or something. At least that way you will use more of that precious protein.

Oh that's right....you know my body better than I do. I guess all those years of figuring out what works for me and what doesn't was a waste.

Yes rampage, you are correct in a sense, but remember everyone's body assimulates protein differently, it would be hysterical to compare a 120 pound librarian, to a 300 lb plus pro bodybuilder, and give them the one size fits all theroy of how much protein there bodies can assimulate at once. Obviously everyone's protein needs are different, how much protein your body can assimulate, would almost definently be different that someone else.

Whoa easy there big guy. No need to get pissy over nothing now. I am just trying to give you some advice. I don't care how large you are, but 134 grams of protein in the morning is an utter waste bro.

If you don't consider me credible, ask someone who you do consider credible... maybe a mod or a vet. what do you have to loose by speading that meal into 2 parts?

134?
36g from the eggs
6g from the oats
44g from the shake
only comes out to 86g's. No way I'll eat 134 grams of protein in one sitting. Besides it looks all wrong, at 6am I ate the eggs and oats and about 20 minutes later downed a shake before I left for work. I'm cycling right now and the EQ hunger isgetting to me, that's why I added the shake. Other than that the most protein I'll eat in one sitting is roughly 70 grams...and from experience my body can handle it.

Bottom line is that your talking about energy. If your consuming more calories(from P/C/F) than your body needs, its going to be stored. I find that I have to accomodate my goals while still getting enough calories to support and gain muscle. At this point in time, thats no carbs in the morning. Whether I do fats, carbs, or protein, I need 500-600 calories for breakfast to start my day, otherwise I'm coming up short by bed time.

Your right in a sense for sure bro. But here's my point..

Basically you are saying that it doesn't matter where the calories come from to meet your calorie needs for that meal (EITHER P / C not F of course)... but really consuming the calories in the form of P, not C you put much stress on your kidneys and other members of your digestive system. With that in mind, why not find a better source of calories then protein unless you are using it from its unique protein qualities. Your body has to dispose of an amine just to convert the protein into an energy usable form while polysaccarides would be much more efficiently converted into energy... just my advice, i'm not trying to tell anyone that they are wrong, I am just pointing out some nutritional facts that might be relevant.

If you actually want your body to use the protein as protein, then it would probably be smarter to not consume 80g's every 2 hours since your body is just using that protein as either glucose or glycogen after it stresses your body. i'm not saying that ALL the protein is being wasted in a sense... but just that not all of it is being used the way you probably are hoping.

Isn't there some kind of supplement that helps your body absorb protein? I can't remember what it is....

You know I just remembered it was ginger root and was coming on here to post it but you beat me to it. Abstrak do you take ginger root and has it helped you that you noticed? My body seems to have a hard time digesting protein sometimes when I eat a lot of it was thinking about trying some...

Meal 1: 8-10 eggs 1/2 whole 1/2 whites, 2 cups (cooked) of oats or cream of wheat, 2 Whole wheat toast w/ PB or Honey, 1 orange. That is pretty typical meal 1, in range of 40-50g P, 120g carbs, not sure on fat not dieting right now, but with yokes must be 30g or so. If you want to get big eat big!
