    My cheat day

Hey, just wondering if I went a little overboard on the cheat day today.

Breakfast- 4 small pigs in a blanket with cheese

    Lunch- 4 slices of pizza

Dinner- Ham Egg and Cheese sandwich with hashbrowns covered with cheese and ketchup

And thats all I've eaten all day....whatcha think?

Seems like no protein all day. It is a little shitty but it is your cheat day, you will learn in time what you can and can't do on a cheat day.

Some people only have 1 cheat meal on their "cheat" day......personally i'll change it up, on week on my cheat day i'll only have one cheat meal (actually that doesnt happen very often at all) or I'll go nuts for one day, but i try hard to remember to limit my carb intake in the evening and make sure no matter what to get my protein in, but like Pain said you'll have to do alot of experimenting to find out what is best for you

I agree I got MAYBE 80 g of protien all day, and around 300 g carbs....why I asked.....ya'll gotta help me stay in line here....I'm just now being able to order my protien, creatine, dextrose, and flax so that will help a little....and I found some pretty good tasting chicken breasts with 0 carbs (of course) and 34 g of protein per fillet...so hopefully my diet will improve week by week....

yeah cheat days at first for people are like a giant release. In time you will come to see that you won't even crave the "cheat" food, unless it is in your face 24/7. Just plan them accordingly when you do, and as with anything, don't do them into excess.
