    Hidden Calories

    OK here is another for you guys. i dont remember to well but i believe it was on here that i read about hidden calrories that arent marked on the food labels being that they come from the proteins and carbs. ive searched but dont seem to find it. if this is so can someone explain to me how many calories per each gram. thanks

    Most hidden cals are in the form of sugar alcohols, they sometimes do and don't list them in the nutr fact. They have 4.32cals/gram.
