Ok, When leaning up I usually use water with my whey protein. I would like to start using soy milk. I use to use skim milk, but I always felt bloated. I try to stay away from dairy when leaning up. What to you guys think about using soy milk. Does it bloat you. I know it has some sugars but I usually drink it with my breakfast and before I workout. thanks.
I might be wrong but doesnt soy milk have alot of sugars in it ?
I dont really mind the sugars because its not much. What I like about it is the protein kick and the fact that it isnt dairy.

I drink the sugar free stuff. Its around in all the Asian markets. A lot of guys on here are going to tell you it will cause excess estrogen. Personally I still don't believe it and have never suffered and consequences of usinging it.
Skim milk is the highest carbohydrate form of milk you can drink, They carbs are in the form of lactose which is a sugar and which causes my people lots of problems. Because I have a lactose intollerence, I am much better off with heavy cream than I am with skim milk. Almoset no lactose in it. If you mix a small amount heavy cream with water you have a substance that tastes like milk yet contains few of the carbs, the sugar or the lactose.
I will have to look into your heavy cream and water idea that is interesting.
Pain
I drink soy milk on occasion. However I've read a few articles that said it can convert to estrogen so just don't drink too much.
I thought I read somewhere that soy has been linked to decreased testosterone levels.
