new bulking diet what you recon ?
new diet to combine with next cycle, goal is lean bulk !
meal 1
5 whole eggs
1 wholegrain bagel
1 Tbl spoon PB
black coffe
TRAIN
meal 2 PWO
50g whey protein
banana
meal 3
150g chicken breast
large peeled sweet potato
1 tbl spoon PB
meal 4
150g chicken breast
large peeled sweet potato
1 tbl spoon PB
meal 5
60g raw oats
50g whey protein
banana
meal 6
5 whole eggs

Eat constantly. Clean, wholesome foods. Eat until you feel like vomiting, but don't vomit. Eat more instead. The key is to eat clean foods. Imo the only difference between a dirty bulk and a clean bulk is food quality.
