    How off is my diet

    Wanting to start my first cycle. Here's my basic diet

    Ok keep in mind I wake up at 11:30am as I work night shift. Here's my typical diet.
    11:30am "Breakfast" protein bar/banana/ OJ
    1:30pm. Protein shake/ tuna/ pre workout/creatine
    3pm after workout. Shake/ 6oz chicken/green vegetable

    By now I'm at work. I will eat something every 3 hours whether is be a protein bar or chicken while I'm here. 10hour shift. That is my mon-Friday schedule for the most part. I take a daily vitamin as well. Sat and sun I loosen up a little but still eat fairly healthy. Is my diet way off?

    Not enough real food. Go read the diet section and figure out your tdee

    This diet is WAY off buddy!

    What is your TDEE, macros?

    I would not even put a 100lb female on that diet.

    drop the protein bars ( junk)

    if 33% of your meals are a shake thats a good sign you may need to add in some real food

    OJ drop

    Keep the chicken and greens, figure out your maintenance cals and adjust up or down depending on desired goal.

    ps drop the cycle too
