messed up my system
Is it possible I messed up my system by only eating 1200 calories or less for months and before 1200 I was only eating 1500? The reason I ask is cause my weight moves to much. Like today I did no exercise and woke up at 185 now before bed I'm somehow 6 lbs heavier and ate clean all today. I also seem to be stuck at 185 and have been for awhile. I have drop almost all my carbs and still woke go down wtf is the problem

You exhale and sweat at night, ridding yourself of tons of water.

That's tru but man I don't know many people who move weight so fast and easy. But I have been staying at 185 and dam near cut carbs out of my macro split and still can't break thru 185. Could 185 and my body type just be where I'm going to be at? I started at 290 and have always been fat never skinny. I have abs now but there under all the extra skin I have from being a whale this shit is getting old and it don't seem like I'm getting anywhere

basketballfan22 recently said something about losing 8 bs overnight. Crazy, I know, but it's very possible. I usually lose between 2 to 5 lbs overnight. This is why people look their leanest in the morning.
Congrats on your progress. Diets of any kind only work for so long. Look into something different so that you can further your progress.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Yeah I usually float 3 lbs difference. And I've changed my diet like I said for the last 2 weeks I've had almost no carbs except from greens. I swear my body is done with me and losing weight. I am tired of trying to lean out when there's no way in hell my stomach will get to a fit 6 pack to many years of being a fatass and to stretched to get right. I am about to just try and bulk by adding some carbs and a little more protein back in. It sucks I didn't do this crap while in high school. What if I was to add your protocol or some clen in? I've never used any aas or anything to help me cut.

I would avoid clen . Not a big fan. Try my protocol for 30 days and see what happens.

Alright I'll give it a run and see somethings got to give or I'm just going to bulk naturally of course. But I've always been trying to go down so going up with muscle would be nice for a change

I fluctuate between 216 and 228 depending on consumption and time of day. Austinite isn't the first person to mention OTC supplements to me by a longshot but he's the first person I've seen who put together actual combined protocols that actually work. Try it!

You have to stick with it. Its stupid to say your body cant get a six pack because you have been overweight too long. Dont worry about the scales from day 2 day. Sodium and water can make the weight fluctuate a fair bit. Losing body fat is simple. eat less, or burn more calories. One of those is out of whack. opting for drugs is wrong. if you cant do it without then your just not working hard enough, or know what to change to get you there. Hire a coach or something. someone who knows what they are talking about. Bulking will make you fatter.

I am not giving up more or less just tired of beating myself up. I've been losing weight for a year and 6 months losing 105 lbs but it's just frustrating cause I have hit a plateau. Needless to say this is the first real plateau and it's getting to me
