Prtoein and fats are the only essential macronutrients. Carbs are not essential to sustain life but it can be argued that they're needed to keep intensity up in serious weight training.

i doubt on gear part because that gear is nothing even though it was from a doc but its hard to believe .arnold stated he starte gear from 15 so you can imagine the doses he was using when he get 20 .

u can gain size if your are in calorie surplus with fats nd proteins. Carbs replenish your gycogen stores .in the videohe stated they didnt went to no carbs they use to eat some amount of carbs .so see what works for you . Its all experimenting with your metabolism and body

lol your body doent make any of em nor they make each other they are diff macronutrients which are present in nature and your body use em as fuel to run e.g like u cant put the engine oil in the gas tank and assume it is an oil nd ll work like gas

Protein and fat cannot be made into carbs. Fats get either oxidized or stored depending on some other factors such as total energy intake and carb intake. Protein is utilized for muscle protein synthesis and can be used for energy by conversion to glucose through gluconeogensis which requires very particular conditions to happen.
