E.F.A. Sources
Do Whole Eggs contain any Essential Fatty Acids in their yolks?
Also, are there any other regular foods that contain them other than things like Flaxseed oil & nuts?

Flax, borage, and evening primose oil, and some other oils are also very high in it.

Pain,
you mentioned in my other diet thread that I should take in more Healthy Fats. I'm eating 4 Eggs a day (inc. Yolks) and these are one of my main fat sources. Are these adequate as a source of E.F.A.s or should I ditch them & look for another source??? I know they are probably not ideal as my main fat source, but they are so covenient.

I would cut them back to 1 a day and get some flax, much higher concentration of EFA.
