They are all good and all should be used not one soley. This will give you a wider amino acid range and variety. That is key. They are all good sources and each has high points and low points. A mixed diet should be used.

i'd have to go with Chicken & Turkey. Turkey is HIGH in protein and has hardly any calories. get some deli meat - its cheap as fuck and is a great source in protein. roll up some sliced turkey w/ some chicken and boom! 30 - 40g of Protein for about $2.00

Stay away from deli meat, it has been processed to high hell, that is why it is so cheap. Get the turkey breast and cook them then slice them yourself and save all the adders, fillers, and sodium deli meat adds.

I eat 96% ground beef, wild boar, deer, and steaks more than anything, but I try to work in fish a couple of times a week(salmon, croppy, sea bass, snapper) and I cook a whole turkey at least once a month.
I can't even eat chicken breast anymore, it makes me gag.

Tuna is one of the leanest protein sources you can have, along with snapper. That is probably why you heard this as a bad source for bulking. More calories per gram in salmon, cod, turkey, and even chicken and of course beef. But don't let that keep you from eating all of these. The greater the range of food sources, the greater amino profile you will have.
