Yes back, Something I learned is that you cant build muscles and get ripped at the same time so I wanna reduce my bf as much as I can first then creat a muscle building diet since people adivise me to not take AAS.

Why do you want to get leaner than 9%?

    Is there a good reason?

Because at 8% I would start your reversal, gaining 1-2lbs a month until you hit 12%BF

Why? Why do you want this if you plan to grow.....

Getting lower than about 7-8% is not going to be of benefit to you.....

If I were you I would re-evaluate and decide why your doing what your doing..... If we're talking say 5-6% what are you going to do once you get there? Any real reason for wanting to get there....

Well if you want to look like that your probably going to have to build a lot of LBM.... And that would be the goal for now....

Getting lean doesnt give you muscle just the ability to see what you have better. I agree with Base, start building without letting your bf% get to high then cut, if you want more mass, start the process with new goals, ie I want to add 10# LBM more.
