    Talking Need help ASAP to Maintain a Diet throw Cycle

    Dears
    Good evening all, actually I'm intending to go throw a steroids cycle and to be honest I don't have a great information about what to take as it's the first cycle for me I intend to take testorapid "test prob" 100 ml for 8 weeks
    TestoRapid - 100mg/ml(1ml) | injection and now I want to know if this is good for the first cycle or I should replace with another longer ester like enanthate with other steroid like boldenone I Am really at a great maze.
    Age is 28 -178 CM - 82 KG
    playing for 2 years continuousLy of bodybuilding
    Maximum lean mass is the goal

    questions

    1- what quantity of protein, Carbohydrate and calories needed to gain the best results be advised I purchased 4 Serious mass " 10 Lbs" packs and 2 animal pack and 2 BCAA 6000 gaspari "this for two months the lifetime of this cycle" and for the PCT I've purchase the same amount.

    I think if you asking basic diet questions you are unlikely to be ready for a cycle.

ID:	142072about 15-20 % and regarding the knowledge of diet as a prerequisite for a cycle I appreciate your care but I depend a lot on Supplements more than food so I'm asking to change that concept any way I need a diet to follow at the cycle based on Fish, Milk, meat , chicken and rice etc ..... I need to get a lean mass the body fat is on stomach sides and a little on legs.

    Research beginner cycles over the next 3 months whilst you get your BF down another 3%

    Well, I would suggest you focus on cutting rather than any kind of bulking. And definitely no cycle yet. I would have you closer to 20% than 15 based on what I can see on that pic.

    What is your lifting and cardio regimen?

    Thanks a lot Back in Black cardio is about twice a week for at least 10 minutes and I go to GYM and play 5 days and two days off " back-chest-Legs-Shoulders-rest-Arms-rest" and eating about 5-6 meals based on protein and carbohydrates and low fat and taking supplements like BCAA 6000 and Protein Whey Gold Standard"

    You need to up your cardio. Add 20-30 mins after each lifting session if you can. If you can work out a diet based around these figures to start and then it can be re-assessed weekly.

    Protein 210g
    Fats 50g
    Carbs 250g

    Remember, this is a diet about dropping bodyfat not gaining muscle.
