Macro's and Kcal's
hey all ... so im trying to strip my weight and fast as i can without hurting myself really ive thrown a few post and people have asked for my macro and kcal so this is what ive got... this covers my breakfast 5 small meals and my shakes...
protein 160.75G
carbs 171.25G
fats 20.9G

yes i read it and ive never really done it before so i wouldnt know how much kcals i burn each day
