Just wondering what some of you bros take in following AM cardio?
Nothing for me, well my am cardio was around 5am so I guess My first meal of the day would be between 6-7am. Not really taking anything just starting my day:unsure:

I didn't think it was so confusing people post questions as what to take following training, I was asking in regards to following cardio. Perhaps I should word it differently and ask what your macro nutrient breakdown looks like following cardio.
Some people wait an hour or so after doing am cardio to eat, and some drink a protein shake immediatly after cardio.
Yeah I just take whey isolate basically when I do AM cardio it looks like this:
6:00 - 2 dymetadrine caps, 10g glutamine, 5g bcaa's
6:30 - cardio
7:10 - 50 grams whey isolate
Then I start with my first meal 1hr later
I was just curious to see what some other bros do as I know some people wait to eat and some eat immeadiately after like you said.
