Ok so i have had like huge cravings becaue i am so low carbd right now getting ready for my show so i have started chewing tobaco. I never new that this would be so effective now i dont crave food anymore however i doo crave Chewing tobaco. I guess there is no real way around any craving is there. But the nicotine does help up metabolism and i guess that is a good think lets just hope that i can kick this new habbit of mine after my show.

Anybody have anything else they do to kill time and help with the cravings??
