Fat lost, (calories)
ive heard on a tv fitness show that loosing 2 pounds per week is considered as sane, so that mean 1000 cals deficit per day, to me it sounds very high...
(if mixed with a cheat day...)
what it is about it? true or not?

Yes you can lose 2 pounds per week, but how much is fat and how much is muscle will be mixed. IMO 1lb of fat a week is about the upper limit anything higher is a mixture of water, muscle, and fat.
