carbs while bulking
hi guys,i am on a bulking diet right i a eating about 300g carbs every day but i have heard that i have to eat all my carbs befor 7 pm to evade fat gain is that true??? coz 300g carbs is a big load of carbs and i am getting it from clean sourses like lentis,beans.. so i have to eat a big ammount of those food and sometime i wakeup at 12:pm this will give me only 6 hours to eat a shitload of lentis and beans...any suggestion??
plus i am 200lbs ectomorph hard gainer

Depends on what time you go to sleep and your activity factor at night. What are they??

usualy i go to sleep at 12 or 1 am andi dont any important activity at night i just watch tv or study

I wouldnt eat carbs just 3 or 4 hours before bed that usually works good for me.
