    Nutrition Plan for time off

    Hi guys,

You may know that I have a recurring shoulder injury. I need to definitely lay off all activity in the upper body now for 2 weeks - 1 month, even rehab! That means I will only go to gym 1-2 times a week, for abs, legs and cardio fitted in.

I was wondering what nutrition plan I should have? Currently its:
-Training days, carbs in morning, PWO, PPWO, rest of the day protein + veg + healthy fats (about 120g carbs)
-Non training days, carbs in morning, veg + healthy fats throughout day (about 50g carbs)
-One carb up a week, on Sunday, 250-300g carbs, reduce fats to ensure calories in check

I was thinking perhaps now having the same nutrition plan, meaning mainly the way I am eating now for nontraining days, and only 1/2 days with higher carbs when i train. I will also then retain the one day carb up

    What do you guys think??

Anything else you think I may need to change?

    Thanks!
