OK here is my question. Being that splenda is made from sugar and the main ingredients list maltodextirn and dextrose would i be able to throw a couple packets of splenda in my post workout shake to meet those requirements. I know that it is probably a stupid question being that splenda is indigestible, but I'm curios to know if there is anything out there that I can add to the shakes short of drinkning a gatorade?
