    Question Is this a good bulking diet?

    Hey bros i am trying to bulk up with some good not to fattie muscel. Is this a good diet i added it up and looks good to me but if you guys have any advice pleas add.

    Thanx for all your help

    Meal 1
    Breakfast
    10 egg whites
    1 cup of oatmeal with 1 scoop of protein mixed
    1 large banana
    ½ cup of cottage cheese

    Meal 2
    Mid Morning
    Protein shake 40g pro
    large baked potato or 1.5 cups of rice

    Meal 3
    Lunch
    8 oz of meat
    2 cups of Pasta
    An apple
    small cup of yogurt
    SUPPLEMENTS:
    multivitamin, 1 tbsp EFA, Endo T-bomb

    Meal 4
    Pre-workout
    1 can of tuna
    1 sweet potato
    1 or 2 cups of broccoli or cauliflower

    Meal 5
    Post workout
    Met-Rx Mass 500calls
    SUPPLEMENTS
    glutamine,Vit B+C

    Meal 6
    Diner
    8-10 oz Meat
    2 cups of rice
    1 cup mixed veggies
    1 cup yogurt

    Meal 7
    Before Bed
    Protein shake
    SUPPLEMENTS
    ZMA, ENDO-Stack, Glutamine

    Everything looks pretty solid. I might suggest moving your EFA to Meal 1 instead of Meal 3. Only because Meal 3 looks big and the EFA might be utilized better in the AM. Just a thought. What is your BMR? How many calories will you be taking in each day? Looks to be around 3000. REDROCK

    Hey redrock i used a BMR calculater at http://www.internetfitness.com/calculators/bmr.htm
    it came out to this 2113.34 idk if its right im 205lbs 5'9 .
    i will get back to you on the cal intake when i add it all up

    if bulking i would try to up the calories to at least 3000 at bw of 205...
