hi,

ive been reading alot around here and have decided to add glutamine and dextrose into my diet, im going to take glutamine b4 i work out in the morning and before i goto bed...........and add dextrose to my protein shake after my workout............my question is how much of each should i take? and am i suppose to take my shake IMMEDIATELY after working out........or can i wait 30-60min since i live about 15-20min away from the gym........if so should i bring some gatorade and a protein bar to drink and eat on the way home, would that suffice?
