    Arrow Optimal Hour to breakfast...

    A little question to the masters of nutrition...
    I'm in a bulking plan and i wake up at 07:30am and after a shower and dress and blah, blah, blah i must go to my Job where i take my breakfast at 8:45am. Is correct take it after an hour since i woke up?. Or is better take it ASAP? How much time are between your wake up and your breakfast?

    Whatever time it takes me to walk from my bedroom to the kitchen and to cook it. My opinion is to eat breakfast ASAP upon awakening. Now when cutting, after cardio.

    Right and don't forget, if you want to get into the science of it all you can go for a whey shake for fast digestible protein, as your body is screaming for some nutrients to get into the body.
