Exclamation Show your knowledge and critique my Diet

    Hi Again!
I've collected information about diets from all the forum and made my Bulk Diet, including Postworkout and Before Bed Meals.
I know that optimal Postworkout meal must include Dextrose, but in my town is really hard to obtain.
I'm consuming soy oil and olive oil because here is hard find Flax Oil.
Isn't too much oil? I'm not increasing too much my Daily Fats with it? I've heard that for me this must not exceed 60grs fats a Day.
    I'm 27yo, 165lbs, 8%Fats, 5,8'.
Please, Give a Hand on it. I need start ASAP if this diet is correct.
    Thanks in advance.
    Mois.

Well it looks good but here's my thoughts....

    meal 1- ditch the oil
lunch- ditch the toast and onl eat half the apple
snack- ditch the cereal bar, eat the other half of apple
dinner- again ditch the bread here, you already have the carb source for this meal
postworkout- keep the cell-tech, ditch everything else. You need a good protein shake here and keep the banana

Other than that it looks pretty good, alot of dairy but if you can handle it go for it.

IMO I would ditch all that soy, it is a good protein but there are better, esp ones that dont convert to estrogen!! Your ratios look pretty good for bulking and it looks like you have a fast metabolism from your 8% BF, so the cals are probably ok. IMO if you want one thing to fix drop the soy and milk post workout and get some Whey, I know you cant get dextrose, so try some gatorade powder or something like that.

Ok, I'll follow your tips and will change Soy by Whey.
Do you think i must drink The Cell tech and Whey Protein inmediatly one after other? There is no Absorption competence?
Thanks a LOT to both of you: painintheazz and BIG TEXAN!.

Alls good bro. There is no absorption competence with those two, actually the gatorade (simple carbs) will help transport the protein to the muscles faster.
