    Nutritian Computer Program

Anyone know of any programs on the computer that let you add up the foods you've eaten, with the details like fat, protein and all that, and it will sum it up for you at the end?

Its a simple enough concept to program if you know the coding, but I dont, and would like to use one.

Yes, I could add it up with pencil and paper, but where's the fun in that.

You can use the excell spreadsheet that I made. It's on my little web site. It might be a bit confusing at first, but works great.

I've got practically every food you could image with their macro nutrient breakdowns. Well except for crap like burger king and places like that.

Here's the direct link for it:

Shitty... This forum blocks out anything with I-P in it.

Try the link I have in my signature and then click on the the excell spreadsheet. Sorry about that.
