Is 700 calories a day enough to gain weight?

Eating 3 LARGE Jacket Potatoes with tuna filling.

    Wholewheat Pasta (large plate)

    Wholewheat Spaghetti.

    Meat full stop we know.

    HARD FOODS!!!!!

    What else?

i was wondering... wasnt sure if meant 700 surplus or 700 total. seems any normal person with very basic knowledge of nutrition would realize the silliness of a question like this assuming he meant total.

how does the above described food add up to 700 calories?

    how old are you?

You seem to ask silly questions that most with common sense would already know the answer to?

Ok first let me apologize, I just want simple answers.

I read through today my Muscle and Fitness Magazine I had for a few years (John Morrison front cover) I read about the diets and it was a real eye opener!

Gave how much calories you would eat in a day and protein intake (of course depending on your goals).

Second, my question about which is more liver toxic in 6 weeks Dianabol or drinking red wine was not a trolling question that was a legit question. We all know the image that steroids has to the outside world. I was simply asking out of interest we know alcohol is the biggest killer in the world and liver toxic and Dbol is liver toxic as well. I only wanted to know out of interest which was more toxic okay? Not trolling!

    LAST!

MY HEARTBREAK IS NOT TROLLING THAT WAS LEGIT! So please do not state that I am just playing. I am actually trying to get over a mental issue with that.

Not easy, when you are still in bed at 2pm in the afternoon depressed/miserable while the sun is out thinking about how great a certain feminine woman was, and flashing back to certain moments. It is not easy.

But I have a solid idea with the diet, and I am going to post a diet example in a new thread for people that are interested in seeing if it is a good diet structure.

Mate go do some basic research and put in the effort to design a diet then paste it in here and people will help you fix it up from there. In life nothing comes easily and is simple put in the hard yards and you get the rewards.
