I've been trying to cut down but I'm having trouble!! I have what some people might call "Snail Metabolism". I don't have much trouble gaining, just losing, mainly losing the last little bit to really shred. I weigh 150lbs and I take in about 1500 - 1800 calories a day. I prob eat about 100g of carbs a day and about 150- 180 g protein a day, all spread out over 5 meals. I'm running 25 min 3 times a week with my heart rate at about 170 bpm for 20 min. Just lookin for something to help me get the fat away so I can see my lower abs and obliques. I'm not sure what my BF is right now but if I had to guess I'd say about 10%. All advice would be appreciated.
