Whey vs. Egg which is better for <a href=
I read that animal protein is the best so I'm assuming egg is, but there both priced the same. Is one better than the other or is it preference?
By the way can anyone recommend a good site for reading about proper nutrition for gaining muscle? I wanna do this right and if I had to right now I'd be guessing way too much.

Actually saying one protein is better than another is pointless. There is a time and a place for the use of each one if permited. Whey is the best choice postworkout, but through out the rest of the day and night a slower digesting protein powder would be better, such as casien or egg based protein powder.
