    Typical dinner

    This is a very typical dinner for me around 6p.m. I like to get most of my carbs in before 2:30p.m. Then before another piece of chicken or can of tuna, if lazy, or sweet tooth I will make a cookie n cream casin shake with 2 tablespoon PB.

    Yeah Id have to have 2 ears of corn, other than that though I could totally live with that especially in the summer. I like t get my major cals out of the way early in the day in the summertime and eat lighter for dinner when possible. Looks delicious actually.
