    Whats your bloodtype?

I personally stay away from all dairy products, and it has helped me alot!
Have you calculated the total nutrient?

Calculate your nutrients for us, would be a great help.

Learn to drink your shakes with water.

Dairy products has alot of fat and carbs that you really dont want in your body.

Not so say that I'm an expert at this stuff, but drop the Nutri Grain bars.. I used to have one for breakfast, one at lunch and one for a snack after I got home.. I havent had one in a month or more..

    Drop em

yeah i think theres WAY to much dairy in that diet. If your trying to cut you need to sty away from #1 carbs,#2 dairy, #3 high fat content. I dont think you will go anywhere with that much dairy. And i would replace meal #3 with more protien, aybe a can of tuna with small salad. And at 210 pounds your going to need ALOT more protien in that diet if you plan on keeping any muscle. IMO
