    whats the difference eating protein and chicken

    lets say that i am on diet and instead to eat chicken breast 8 oz , i take
    protein shake.
    is that the same or i should stick with areal food ?

    whats the difference between eating normal food and protein shake?

    Stick with real food. The difference is in digestion and absorbtion, HUGE difference.

    Exactly, PAin is right on the money. Besides when dieting down real food will keep you feeling fuller longer than shakes will.

    The process of digestion increases your metabolism and expends energy (calories) so real food would cause a greater expenditure than easily digestible powders.

    The difference? Try eating lots of your daily pro as grilled or baked chicken for a week, then the next week get most of your pro from bars/shakes... you'll figure out the difference real fast... in the bathroom LOL
