How is this for a Protein Bar...
EAS Edge Advant Carb Control Nutrition Bar: (4g impact carb)
Calories - 200
Fat Calories - 45
Total Fat - 5g
Saturated Fat - 3g
Cholesterol - <5mg
Sodium - 125mg
Potassium - 80mg
Total Carbs - 21g
Dietary Fiber - 3g
Sugar - 2g
Other Carbs - 16
Protein - 24g
====================
Anyone mind explaining the "Impact Carbs " again?
Anyways, with 24 grams of protein and only 2 grams of sugar ( compared to the 18 of my old power bars... ) these seem like a lot better. Plus the power bars had 36g Carbs

Look into "MUSCLE TECH's- NITRO TECH BARs" They are high protien and very low carb. If i remember its like 40?grams protien and only like 4 carbs and 240 cals. They taste good to and their fairly filling. Its a great bar in my opinion.
