hmmm, IMO yes, cuz for you 7% is about 13 pounds of fat,

with a pace of 1.5 pound per week you can do it safely, without loosing to much muscle...

with my diet now i drop 1% per week... so i guess you can to!

    good luck!!

I think if your diet and cardio is dialed in then it's possible.

If you are strict, with a good diet, and solid cardio of at least 30 minutes intense 4-5 days a week you can lock this down pretty easily. What are you proposing to do for a diet and cardio? What type of training and supplements aside from just the ECA? With a little help and dedication I bet we could get you there sooner

I lost around 20lbs in 8 weeks about 4 months back. I was taking clen and an ECA stack. I also did 50mins of cardio at least 5 times a week in the morning before eating too. My diet was pretty strict also. You should be able to do it if you set your mind to it.

For diet I will be following a high protein moderate fat and low carb(less than 200g) diet with cheat day on saturday. As for cardio i will be doing some high intensity sprinting M,T,TH,F in the morning on an empty stomach(The reason for sprinting is becuz its part of my summer football program). I will be taking a multivitamin in the morning with some eca spread throughout the day. My main thing is to make sure i dont cheat on foods during the week, thats the only thing thats stopped me from making progress in the past. And hopefully the eca will give me enough energy during the day since carbs will be fairly low.

Yup, it tastes pretty blah, but the shit is HI-PROTEIN...possibly higher than tuna. Low carb, too.

I mix 1 pouch of tuna (3.5 servings) and 2 servings fat free cottage cheese together. I also threw in some salsa for flavor. It has like 75 grams of protein, low fat, low carb, and like 450 calories. I did this at noon and at 3 pm, then did the after workout shake (Isopure) then salmon or some other grilled fish 3 hours later. Maybe it was just me, but I lost 10 pounds of fat without cardio. Didn't loose much size, lost no strength. But the fat just peeled away.

It doesn't taste "great", but it's not puke material. It's easy, cheap, and works.

    That's all I know.
