Complete Proteins
I have been seeing these two words together for a bit now and was wondering if someone would be so kind as to provide a list.
I believe eggs are considered a complete protein, but what constitutes a complete protein?
I have done light searching, but it's a little fuzzy to me. DIET is everything when it comes to the body. Thanks guys and gals.

If it was living, it is a complete protein.
If it was a plant, there's a 99% chance its an incomplete protein, and if it is a plant and is a complete protein, it will have a lower BV then something that was living.

Most incomplete proteins such as nuts and legumes are void of amino acids.
