yes, i am currently doing a quasi-lean gains diet.

my eating window is between 12/1 to 8/9, so eight hours. during my fast, i take BCAAs on training days and drink coffee/green tea to help with the hunger pains.

    what are your current stats?

if you are looking to change it up some, then i recommend it, or try carb cycling. or both!

Were you thinking the recomp protocol or adjusting leangains with a calorie deficit?

I did recomp a few years back and it seems to work but it's slow moving from 15 -> 10. Eventually I gave it up but when I diet now I still use the intermittent fasting aspect. As RaginCajun suggests carb cycling is nice as well.
