my favorite meal is breakfast, and I think i would much rather eat eggs than chicken breast (for a while atleast)

    Change it up

    Have eggs

There are plenty of other lean sources of protein out there

How about turkey breast? The market by me sells fresh split turkey breast for the same price as chicken

This probably won't answer your question but I'll speak generally because i think a lot of people get tired of chicken breasts at some point where they never want to see one again. I'm from the iifym camp so I'll use sauces to add variety. Low fat options like a honey garlic or BBQ. Low carb I'd do an Alfredo, Thai red curry, butter chicken. I control for calories but it creates enough variety that I can keep eating chicken but swap the sauce when I get bored.

When i'm sick of chicken breast, I go with lean ground turkey. 99/1 if you can handle the dryness.. 93/7 no problems at all.

Just before i asked this question, (like a dumbie) i bought 4 lbs of sandwich meat /deli style turkey. Is this okay for a while. It sure seems convientent vs non-ready options.

I did deli turkey for years. Am I going to die of cancer? I'm not sure or if that will be the cause. Most people people that are concerned are worried about the preservatives, emulsifiers and nitrates in deli meat. But I look at your meal plan and I see mostly whole foods, fresh vegetables and meats etc. Not boxed frozen and prepared foods which contain similar ingredients of concern. I'd search each ingredient if it bothers you. Probably the bread or wrap has worse ingredients.

Try adding flank steak, 90/10 hamburger, or lean ground turkey into your diet and maybe increasing the frequency of your salmon consumption. Nothing really wrong with increasing your egg consumption, but you wouldn't want to get burnt out w/ eggs as you are w/ chicken breasts.

Sometimes it helps to change the manner in which you prepare your foods. If I feel that I'm getting bored with grilled chicken, sweet potato, and greens, I'll change it up to baked chicken and rice or throw some chicken breasts in the slow cooker for a change.
We only have 1 decent fishmonger/ fresh seafood market locally, so I don't get to include fish as regularly as I would like. I believe I'm permanently done w/ tilapia.
